Yesterday, My windows XP got corrupted due to a malcious software. So, i have to install windows again along with all software including Mozilla Firefox. After installation I had lost everything URL history, bookmarks, chache data and the main thing Passwords. It was very frustrating for me because no one can remember these hundreds of the passwords. So, I have nothing to do because it is useless to cry over spilt milk.
Then I did some Google to find out any plugin or tutorial to backup and restore passwords and I found this addon.
Here is an excellent Firefox addon Password Exporter. This extension allows you to export your saved passwords and disabled login hosts using XML or CSV files that can be imported in another browser or computer.
